Educationally, the The NCLO will contribute to the quality of life in the western Pennsylvania region by providing instructional performances for area primary and secondary schools and pre-performance seminars to the community. At the professional training level, the NCLO will offer performance training for area students and be an enabler of career development for emerging talent.
